Between 2016 and 2018 I qualified as a gym instructor, personal trainer and athletics coach. Over this time I have also been able to engage with many great individuals, learning what worked for them and helping them to achieve their goals - whether they were just starting to get fit, preparing for sports events or simply continuing on their life of fitness. I have been based primarily in Ashford at the Stour Centre and Julie Rose Stadium.

Over my years of training in athletics, I have been fortunate to have access to a wide range of elite coaching, sports science and advice. This has been invaluable in my career of instructing and training others. Not only this but I have been able to experiment with new ideas and applications on myself, and seen genuine results. As a result, I am able to continue evolving my knowledge and practice as my athletic career continues to advance.
