It is not always easy to determine what your goals should be with exercise. You probably have a lot of ideas about what you want to get out of it but this doesn’t necessarily give you a clear understanding of how this ties together.

You don’t have to be a member to use the questionnaire, but if you are it can give us an idea of what you want and how we can help you with your goals.
This exercise in self-examination can be useful to ensure that you work towards whatever is most important for you and that you stay motivated. Personally, I find this time of the year lends itself well to such contemplation.
